We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team.
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, this position is responsible for delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely processing of invoices and payments, performing account reconciliations, and supporting a range of administrative activities within the Finance team.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Processing of supplier invoices and credit notes.
- Creation payment batches.
- Coding allocations.
- Credit card reconciliations.
- Expense claim processing.
- Supplier statement reconciliation.
- Maintain supplier records.
- Liaise with internal departments within the business.
- Discrepancy resolution.
- Reply to creditor queries.
- Provide coverage of relevant positions in the business unit as required such as in the event of annual leave or other absences, ensuring that all handover notes are adhered to, and outstanding tasks completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills;
- 2 - 3 years Accounts Payable experience.
- Experience with Xero.
- Excellent excel skills.
- Comfortable conversing with suppliers and co-workers.
- Ability to work to a deadline.
- Interest in becoming part of an emerging, global Company.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in a large, fast paced, complex and dynamic organisational environment.
- Proven problem-solving ability and time management skills are essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
