The opportunity:

The purpose of this role is to strengthen organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, employee growth and inclusion across Australia. The role translates Australian business strategy and workforce priorities into practical organisational development initiatives spanning leadership development, culture, change enablement, performance uplift, talent development and diversity, equity and inclusion. The role works closely with the Organisational Development Manager - New Zealand to ensure alignment, consistency and shared learning where appropriate and practical.

What you'll do:

  • Help design, develop, maintain, and deliver impactful learning solutions for a diverse workforce, using a variety of delivery modes.
  • Partner with business leaders and the People & Safety team to create programs aligned with Kinetic’s principles and values.
  • Shape and deliver bespoke programs that support organisational capability, performance, and the employee experience.
  • Track and report on the success of diversity initiatives that help us reflect the communities we serve.

The boxes you'll tick: 

  • Significant experience in organisational development, learning and development, leadership development, talent, culture or capability roles within a large, complex organisation.
  • Experience designing and implementing OD initiatives that improve leadership capability, culture, engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness.
  • Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to use data, insights and evaluation to diagnose needs, prioritise investment and demonstrate impact.
  • Commitment to improving diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Strong project management capability, including managing multiple priorities, vendors and senior stakeholders.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in organisational psychology, human resources, learning, organisational development, business or a related discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. including the ability to create learning material relevant to a wide audience
