The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our Doncaster, Heatherton and Keysborough depots. This role is key to supporting our Regional and Customer Service Delivery Managers, as well as helping our drivers, cleaners, workshop teams and contractors deliver an exceptional service.
This position requires regular travel, with the successful candidate based primarily at Doncaster (three days per week), and supporting Heatherton and Keysborough (one day each per week).
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day administration tasks including meetings, timesheets, onboarding, leave and exit forms.
- Communicate with operations teams and provide timely information by phone, email and in person.
- Maintain accurate records for meetings, personnel, lost property and contractor management.
- Support employee engagement and recognition activities, including event coordination, logistics and internal communications to drive participation.
- Assist with incident and complaint investigations, including retrieving and managing CCTV footage.
- Manage depot supplies, order equipment, and distribute uniforms.
- Support facility management and liaise with external contractors for maintenance needs.
- Provide flexible support across other tasks to ensure depot operations run smoothly.

- High level of organisation with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems.
