Technology Systems Analyst

About the Role

The IT System Analyst is responsible for the support, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Blink platform (the platform that connects the Kinetic employee family) and its associated integrations.

This role acts as the platform owner, ensuring alignment with business needs, maintaining data integrity, and enabling efficient delivery of digital solutions. The role includes stakeholder engagement, system monitoring, vendor coordination, and delivery of enhancements using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

What You Will Do

• Configure and manage Blink platform settings, including workflows, forms, and integrations.
• Conduct routine data audits to ensure system accuracy, compliance, and data security.
• Monitor system performance and produce regular reports to support operational decisions and continuous improvement.
• Provide Level 2 technical support for Blink-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system problems, escalating to vendors where necessary and managing the resolution process.
• Deliver system updates, enhancements, and new features in alignment with agile delivery practices.
• Maintain a platform roadmap aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and manage platform-related expectations.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for system configurations, workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and system changes.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to system performance, data quality, and security.
• Support organisational change initiatives through the preparation of training materials and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with Blink platform vendors and third-party service providers for support and enhancement delivery.
• Manage and maintain integrations with systems such as SharePoint, ensuring compatibility and responsiveness to business needs.

What You Will Need

• Solid experience as a System Administrator/Platform Owner within a mid to large sized enterprise
• Exposure to technology transformation projects
• Bachelor's degree or other certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field
• ITIL V4 Foundation Certification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other data management platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
