The opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity to join Kinetic as our Manager - Contracts, in our Kinetic Specialised Resources business based in Mackay. In this brand-new role, you will pay a pivotal role in managing high-value contracts across mining and public transport services. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, performance, and continuous improvement in service delivery. If you're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence and stakeholder engagement, this role offers a dynamic and rewarding career path.
What you'll be doing:
- Administer and manage contracts including reviews, negotiations, renewals, and variations.
- Maintain accurate records of service agreements, pricing schedules, and reporting obligations.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs, SLAs, safety frameworks, and contract requirements.
- Monitor risks and resolve contract issues proactively.
- Support budgeting, invoicing, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with operations and safety teams to align service delivery with contractual obligations.

- Demonstrated experience in contract and operational contract management.
- Knowledge of the coach transport industry (desirable).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, compliance-focused mindset with attention to detail.
