The opportunity:

Kinetic Fleet services are currently on the lookout for a Workshop Supervisor that would like to become a valued member of our Hobart bus workshop.

From maintenance tasks and repairs through to major component rebuilds, you’ll get plenty of exposure to a variety of work allowing you to specialise across several vehicle makes and models whilst mentoring our upcoming workshop talent. We’re also heavily focused on an “electric future” and are at the forefront of rolling out an electric vehicle conversion program to upskill our dedicated employees.

The boxes you’ll tick:

  • Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Mechanical Technology or equivalent
  • Experience in providing maintenance and repairs to heavy commercial fleet
  • Experience in managing Apprentices and Trade Assistants
  • Minimum MR licence (HR licence or higher is preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
