Specialist – People Support
Location: Molendinar Gold Coast
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Specialist – People Support to join our team. You will provide day-to-day employee relations advice and guidance to Managers and Supervisors, while delivering initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Managers and Supervisors in building an effective workforce.
- Execute cyclical people activities to drive performance, engagement, diversity, and retention.
- Provide advice on employee relations matters, including performance, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
- Collate and report on workforce trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with People, Safety, and Service Delivery teams to implement initiatives and projects.
- Foster a work environment aligned with Kinetic’s values and organisational culture.
- Undertake other tasks as required by your leader.

Qualifications / Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and make positive, sustainable change.
- Proven track record in supporting leaders with employee relations matters.
- Committed to improving diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
