Specialist – People Support

Location: Molendinar Gold Coast

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Specialist – People Support to join our team. You will provide day-to-day employee relations advice and guidance to Managers and Supervisors, while delivering initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Managers and Supervisors in building an effective workforce.
  • Execute cyclical people activities to drive performance, engagement, diversity, and retention.
  • Provide advice on employee relations matters, including performance, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
  • Collate and report on workforce trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with People, Safety, and Service Delivery teams to implement initiatives and projects.
  • Foster a work environment aligned with Kinetic’s values and organisational culture.
  • Undertake other tasks as required by your leader.

Qualifications / Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves and make positive, sustainable change.
  • Proven track record in supporting leaders with employee relations matters.
  • Committed to improving diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
