The opportunity:
We’re currently seeking a Specialist Accounts professional to join our team in Melbourne. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a knack for commercial analysis and stakeholder engagement, we want to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:
- Be the primary contact for service changes and customer queries.
- Develop and apply pricing models for new and existing contracts.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and reporting across your customer portfolio.
- Liaise with internal teams including Finance, Operations, and People & Culture.
- Monitor contract compliance, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
The boxes you'll tick:
- Proven customer service and administrative experience, ideally with blue-chip clients.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret contracts.
- Experience in pricing and data analysis in a service-based environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail, time management, and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in the transport or logistics industry.
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
