Role Purpose:
Are you passionate about driving change and enhancing operational efficiency? We’re looking for a motivated Business Transformation & Projects Lead to join our Melbourne team. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will play a key role in optimising processes and implementing strategic improvements across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the businesses to help develop and implement business transformation projects that align with Kinetic’s goals, focusing on improving processes, reducing costs, and enhancing quality.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and research best practice methods for getting things done efficiently and effectively, fostering a teamwork-oriented environment.
- Facilitate clear communication and support during transitions to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
- Drive consistency and standardisation across the business through the implementation of projects and new technology in the business.
- Working with the team you will be part of the solution and take a hands-on role in delivering the projects and implementing the changes.
Who We’re Looking For:
- You are full of energy and always looking for ways to identify opportunities and drive improvements in the business.
- You will know how to build a solid excel spreadsheet and have some experience creating simple automation and forms through the Microsoft platform (or equivalent)
- You will love working in diverse teams and building relationships with team mates to ensure the best outcomes are achieved.
- You will have experience in an operations or transformation role and be looking for the next step in your career to drive real change in an organisation from the ground up.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- You are comfortable building relationships with various internal stakeholders and are passionate about driving continuous improvement.
