Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect

12 Month Fixed-Term Contract | Immediate Start

About the Role

We are implementing an HCM system across Kinetic and are seeking a Workday Solutions Architect / Lead Consultant to ensure successful implementations, optimizations, and continuous support. This role involves working on challenging projects, collaborating with professionals, and delivering exceptional business outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Architectural Optimisation: Collaborate with Data Architects and Global Process Owners to optimise target-state ERP architecture, focusing on security, scalability, and performance.
  • Business Alignment: Assist Business Analysts and Process Analysts in translating business requirements into an effective ERP architecture.
  • Strategic Roadmaps: Develop and maintain ERP architecture roadmaps and blueprints, ensuring system interoperability and long-term vision.
  • Enterprise Collaboration: Work with Enterprise Architecture to refine reference designs, ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.
  • Vendor Leadership: Manage engagements with Systems Integration (SI) Partners and vendors, ensuring technically sound and scalable solutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure ERP solutions comply with global regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO13485) in collaboration with security and compliance teams.
  • Deployment Oversight: Oversee technical readiness for deployment phases, including data migration, integration, and performance testing, ensuring risk mitigation strategies.
  • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs for architecture deliverables, track progress, and manage risks.
  • Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend ERP configurations, cloud infrastructure strategies, and emerging technologies.
  • Documentation Excellence: Create and maintain architectural diagrams, integration plans, and data flow documentation.
  • ERP Integration Mastery: Document ERP integration requirements, ensuring seamless data flow across enterprise applications, third-party systems, and external partners.

What You Will Need

  • Extensive ERP Experience: Proven experience leading enterprise-scale solution architecture initiatives, focusing on global ERP implementations.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Mastery: Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including architecture, integration frameworks, and extensibility options.
  • Integration Proficiency: Technical knowledge of ERP-to-ERP and third-party integrations, including API-based solutions and middleware (Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud).
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Architectural Governance: Experience in architecture governance, ensuring stakeholder alignment on solution design and technology roadmaps.
  • Architectural Frameworks: Knowledge of architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and cloud-native design patterns.
  • Technical Leadership: Experience leading architecture review boards and technical advisory committees.
  • Troubleshooting Expertise: Troubleshooting skills for complex system integrations, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges.
  • Security and Compliance: Understanding of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and scalable cloud architectures for global ERP operations.
  • Hands-On Oracle Fusion: Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including PaaS extensions and integrations.
  • Regulated Industry Experience: Experience working in regulated industries.
  • Cloud-Native Expertise: Expertise in cloud-native development, microservices, and DevSecOps methodologies.
  • Certifications: Enterprise architecture certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solution Architect).
