This role is central to supporting our strong safety culture, guiding leaders, and ensuring compliance with national and international standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and relevant international standards

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety and Environment (or related discipline)
  • Proven track record supporting leaders to manage workplace safety
  • Experience with quality management systems (AS/NZS4801, ISO14001, ISO9001)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A pragmatic, results-driven approach with the ability to engage people at all levels
  • Current driver’s licence (essential) – with support provided to obtain a bus licence as part of our learning and development program

Why Kinetic?

  • Join a purpose-led organisation that improves community livelihoods
  • Be part of a supportive leadership team with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Work closely with an Executive General Manager who is genuine, approachable and visible — a leader who shares knowledge openly, builds a positive environment, and leads by example
  • Access professional development opportunities, including support to gain your bus licence
