Implementation Manager

The opportunity

The Implementation Manager role will lead Giro Daily implementation projects across Kinetc. This role will also occupy a position on the Competency Centre as the Daily representative. In this Competency Centre capacity, the Implementation Manager will be the first point of contact for Daily service requests from Operations and Planning and Performance once implementation is complete.

Salary $180,000 plus super

What you'll be doing:

• Project Manage Daily Implementations
• Confirm Operations User Requirements for Daily
• Liaise with Scheduling team to ensure seamless integration of Daily with Hastus
• Participant in all Giro led Daily Workshops
• Signatory to Service Specifications Document Produced by Giro from the Daily Workshops
• Lead Daily Operations during parallel operations phase and handover to operations upon completion.
• Train Scheduling and Operation staff on Daily.
• Competency Centre Daily representative, addressing first line of service requests for Daily.
• Keeping up to date with Hastus technology

What you'll bring

• At least 5 years experience in scheduling and rostering software Hastus mandatory
• At least 5 years experience in Day of Operations software Daily mandatory
• Experience in Continuous Improvement methodology such as Six Sigma preferred
• Experience using dashboard utilisation software such as PowerBI preferred
• Sound communication, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills including the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and agile environment
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations and positive approach to a continual changing work environment
