The opportunity
Kinetic is embarking on one of its largest people and technology programs—a multi-year HCM & Payroll Transformation across Australia and New Zealand. We’re entering the design/build phase and need an experienced leader to help shape the future of HR and payroll for over 7,000 employees.
What you'll do
As the Workday (Core HR), Payroll & Time & Attendance Lead, you’ll act as the Architect and single point of contact for solution design and delivery. You will:
- Design end-to-end solutions for Workday Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance.
- Own architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business requirements and governance standards.
- Lead configuration, testing, integration, data migration, and go-live readiness.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with AU/NZ legislation and support implementation across operating companies.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of Workday experience (Core HR, Payroll, Time Tracking).
- Proven background in large-scale HRIS transformations.
- Strong AU/NZ payroll knowledge.
- Architectural mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with integrations, testing, and data quality.
