We are seeking a Manager – People Support to partner with our Regional Leadership Team and deliver Kinetic’s strategic People Plan at a local level. This role plays a key part in shaping a positive employee experience by providing practical HR advice, managing employee relations, and leading training initiatives across the region.

In this role you will:

• Partner with leaders across the region to build an effective, engaged workforce.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Lead the Training Team to deliver quality learning and development programs.
• Report on people trends and outcomes, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and international standards.
• Foster a workplace culture that reflects Kinetic’s values of care, inclusivity, and performance.

What you’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualification in human resources, business, psychology or related field.
• Experience supporting leaders through complex employee relations matters.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate across all levels.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
