Role Purpose – Energised & Future-Focused

The Manager Service Delivery leads the organisation’s operational performance and sets the direction for how services are delivered now and into the future. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, this role champions the Kinetic Way by shaping a high-performing, safety-first culture and driving strategic workforce planning to support long-term growth.

It plays a pivotal part in strengthening depot and fleet standards, elevating employee engagement, and embedding continuous improvement across all service delivery functions.

The Manager Service Delivery also contributes to strategic planning, financial performance, and business expansion—anticipating future needs, designing forward-looking operational strategies, and ensuring the organisation is positioned for sustainable success.
