The Opportunity

Join Australasia’s largest and fastest‑growing bus operator and play a central role in keeping our National Support Office running smoothly. You’ll provide high‑quality administrative, executive and office management support that shapes both the culture people experience and the way our workspace functions. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee office management activities, including general office and operational needs to ensure the workspace remains organised, functional and running smoothly
  • Be the primary contact for all office administration tasks, including kitchen supplies, printing, mail, stationery and supplier coordination
  • Build strong relationships with key partners, including our Building Management and facilities teams
  • Support our two Executive Assistants with admin needs, while building capability to step in and provide cover as required
  • Manage uniform orders, name badges, access passes and parking requests in partnership with Collins Street security
  • Support onboarding and offboarding by coordinating equipment, access and workspace set‑up
  • Coordinate office functions, cultural activities and events, helping bring fun, connection and energy to the team
  • Act as a welcoming, engaging “go‑to” person for the office from helping new starters to visitors and team members with day‑to‑day needs
  • Assist with credit card reconciliations and administrative processes such as renewals, memberships and policy‑related tasks
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Operations Control Centre (OCC)

You’re highly organised, bringing structure to the day while adding energy and a sense of fun to the workplace. Whether you’re supporting senior leaders or chatting with frontline teams, you’re approachable, reliable and comfortable switching gears when needed.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
