The opportunity:

This is a brand new role to support our successful and continued growth in the WA region.

As the Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of services originating from our depots across the Perth region and surrounds. You will be directly responsible for overseeing all operations staff allocated to the location, driving a culture of customer centricity, business performance, and profitability.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Ensure effective coordination, allocation and monitoring of operations including fleet, maintenance, people management, safety processes and client requirements
  • Undertake regular driving shifts to meet operational requirements
  • Support drivers in execution of daily services to facilitate safe and efficient service delivery and positive culture
  • Consistent engagement with drivers via delivery of pre and post trip discussions, toolbox meetings and allocation of services
  • Provide daily operational support and management of the delivery of services including allocation of drivers and fleet 
  • Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement to all business processes 
  • Ensure all operational occurrences or exceptions are recorded appropriately to enable the business to meet its reporting obligations and analyse operational performance and implement any corrective actions
  • Provide excellent service to clients and liaison with drivers to ensure superior customer service, overseeing any service changes, delays or disruptions are communicated and rectified


The boxes you'll tick: 

  • Previous experience in operational leadership within a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have the ability and willingness to work as part of a team, and most importantly, lead a team
  • Strong knowledge of operational systems and logistics functions
  • Ability to make quick decisions and exercise sound judgment
  • Valid MR License or above
