We’re seeking an experienced operational leader to take on the role of Manager – CQ North, based in Moranbah. In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll oversee a multi-site operation, ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused services across the region. You’ll lead a dedicated team, manage fleet and compliance, and drive operational excellence in line with Kinetic’s values of safety, collaboration and accountability.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support a diverse team to deliver safe, reliable and customer-focused services.
• Oversee daily operations, fleet utilisation, compliance and maintenance activities.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, regulators and stakeholders.
• Drive a proactive safety culture and ensure adherence to legislative and company standards.
• Monitor financial performance and achieve business and operational targets.
• Promote continuous improvement across people, safety and service delivery.

About you:

• Experienced leader with a background in transport, logistics or other blue-collar operations.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Skilled in scheduling, rostering and operational planning.
• Confident communicator with sound judgement and problem-solving ability.
• Values-driven and passionate about safety, teamwork and customer service.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
