We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team working 19 hours per week. This role requires you to be available 1 weekend per month and normal weekly hrs will be spread across Mondays and Tuesdays (7.5 hours each day) and an additional 4-hour shift on your choice of Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service. You will be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound customer calls, managing enquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing professional and empathetic customer service
• Responding to customer and stakeholder requests efficiently
• Conducting investigations into complaints
• Identifying trends and working with internal teams to improve customer experience
• Managing and maintaining key business systems

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication skills and an empathetic approach
• Enjoys problem-solving and can think on their feet
• Is detail-oriented and tech-savvy (experience with CRM systems is a plus)
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Can start immediately preferably but we will wait for the right person
