Trainee Bus Driver - Women up front

We're looking for new drivers to become the face of Kinetic and help connect people with the places that matter most. Join Australasia’s largest and fastest-growing bus operator and start a rewarding career in public transport.

Our Women Up Front Driver Training Program is designed to support women in building a successful driving career, regardless of previous experience. We'll pay you while you train, supporting you to upgrade your licence to an MR licence before completing a comprehensive five-week induction program that combines classroom learning with practical on-road training.

Once you're on the road, you'll continue to receive ongoing coaching, support, and development opportunities, including working towards a nationally recognised qualification within your first 12 months with Kinetic. This is your chance to gain valuable skills, grow your confidence, and be part of a supportive and inclusive team.

As a Bus Driver, you’ll play an important role in keeping our community moving safely and efficiently. With a strong focus on customer service and passenger safety, you’ll receive comprehensive training and support to succeed in the role.

• A willingness to obtain a Queensland Driving Authorisation
• The ability to pass a pre-employment physical assessment and medical history check

• The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• A dependable, punctual, and professional work ethic
