About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and organised Specialist – Project Coordination to support the delivery of major property and infrastructure projects, including new depots and electrification programs. Reporting to the Manager Major Projects, this newly created role is critical to keeping projects on track and aligned with business outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of major infrastructure projects across multiple sites
- Manage project documentation, stakeholder communication and scheduling support
- Coordinate reporting, planning meetings and implementation activities
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams to drive progress
- Support compliance with operational, safety, and design standards
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project coordination or administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and work under pressure
- Industry experience in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture or a related field
- A current driver’s licence (essential)
