Kinetic is Australia and New Zealand’s largest and most trusted bus operator, and we’re looking for a Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team in Tasmania. This is your opportunity to play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and service delivery across multiple locations.

About the Role

As the Customer Experience Supervisor, you’ll lead and support our Customer Experience and Transit Centre teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service across all customer touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supervising day-to-day operations and team performance
  • Managing rosters, resource allocation, and service continuity
  • Overseeing customer feedback, complaints, and call management
  • Auditing quality of responses and driving continuous improvement
  • Supporting frontline operations and providing hands-on assistance when needed
  • Producing reports and analysing customer feedback data
  • Maintaining core systems including TIMS, WEBFLEET, and EROADAU

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in customer service and team supervision
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work across multiple locations and adapt to changing environments
  • Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Resolve, and TIMS
  • A commitment to child safety and ethical service delivery
