Our Fleet Services team plays a vital role in maintaining this standard by ensuring our vehicles are kept in optimal condition through high-quality maintenance and repairs.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Maternity Cover Body Repair Administrator to join our Campbellfield workshop on a 12-month contract.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting operational teams. Reporting to the Bodyshop Repair Manager, you will be responsible for a range of administrative functions, including:

  • Managing vehicle insurance claims
  • Preparing repair quotes
  • Processing workshop invoices
  • Raising and maintaining work orders
  • Assisting with operational reporting
  • Supporting safety and compliance tasks

This is a great opportunity for someone organised, detail-oriented, and looking to gain experience in a fast-paced workshop environment.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Managing timely and accurate processing of insurance quotes & invoices, repair records and other associated administrative tasks.
  • Addressing customer and stakeholder queries via phone, email and in person.
  • Performing data entry of operational information and producing reports as requested, using software systems to input and extract relevant data.  
  • Updating work orders and finished jobs in software systems.
  • Overlooking the purchase orders process and processing all workshop-related invoices, including the monitoring and approval of invoices.
  • Managing the staff uniform process including ordering, collection and distribution.
  • Assisting with the planning and organisation of social and special events.
  • Assisting with safety & compliance tasks relating to workshop equipment and facilities.
  • Identifying opportunities for administration process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

  • Previous experience in a similar role where strong organisation and time management were crucial.
  • High level of initiative and ability to exercise sound judgement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer literacy with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote) as well as the ability to learn internal software systems.
