Are you a natural storyteller with a sharp eye for structure, language and presentation?
At Kinetic, we’re looking for a talented writer and coordinator who can shape clear, persuasive and purposeful content that helps us win work and improve the way Australians move.
Whether you’re a trained journalist, a recent English or communications graduate, or a marketing content writer who loves the written word, this role will give you the chance to refine your craft in a business setting with real influence.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Tenders to create compelling bid responses that showcase our strengths and solutions as well as support the tender process through coordinating inputs from internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working with a collaborative, friendly and supportive team or professionals and leaders
- Writing, editing and reviewing high-quality written submissions for competitive tenders
- Collaborating with graphic designers and subject matter experts
- Turning technical input into structured, persuasive content
- Harmonising and ensuring high-quality content across tender responses
- Building and maintaining a library of content, case studies, CVs and reference material as well as style guide
- Supporting tender progress tracking and submission coordination
What we’re looking for:
- A passion for writing and design
- Confidence in your ability to work to deadlines and juggle projects
- Clear communication skills and an eye for accuracy
- Someone who can convert technical speak to compelling and clear English
- Time management skills with commitment to getting the job done
- Bonus if you’ve contributed to articles, proposals, pitches or branded content
