The opportunity:

This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for someone hoping to start taking steps towards an exciting career in operations. In this role, you will guided and supported on how to provide administration assistance across inventory, procurement, management support and many other areas of our business.

In addition to developing hands-on experience, you will also be afforded the opportunity to complete your Certificate III in Business Administration, which will further help pave the way for a long term career and plenty of opportunities.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Efficiently manage and organise orders for stationary, uniforms, and groceries
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of ordered items
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist when required in coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, expenses, and other relevant administrative information.
  • Prepare reports as required by management.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to complete a Cert 3 in Business.
  • Good time management
  • Excellent customer service skills and an approachable demeanour.
  • High level of initiative
  • Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Suite of products
