What You Will Do
- Lead governance and oversight of Kinetic's Oracle ERP and EPM platforms.
- Act as the functional design authority for finance systems, processes and configuration changes.
- Own and prioritise the finance systems improvement and enhancement roadmap.
- Govern Oracle quarterly releases, feature adoption and system change activities.
- Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement across the finance function.
- Oversee finance system security, access controls and governance frameworks.
- Manage key vendor and partner relationships, including Oracle and systems integrators.
- Lead integration governance across Oracle and connected business platforms.
- Champion user adoption, capability uplift and ongoing training initiatives.
- Build and develop a high-performing Finance Systems & Process team.
What You Will Need
- Extensive experience in finance systems, ERP governance or finance operations leadership roles.
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and/or Oracle EPM in a leadership, governance, or functional authority capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading post-implementation optimisation, continuous improvement and value realisation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, controls, governance and operating models.
- Experience governing system change, release management, enhancement prioritisation and vendor relationships.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology and Operations.
- Experience managing process standardisation, business change and organisational adoption within complex environments.
- Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business requirements, risk and technology outcomes.
