Change Analyst - Asset Management Solution

  • Large-scale technology transformation program
  • Immediate start
  • Melbourne location

About the Role

The Change Analyst – AMS is responsible for working with the Change Manager – AMS, wider change management and project teams and business to support the people side of the implementation of Kinetic’s single asset management solution, Hexagon EAM across the business.

This role is about making change work in the real world – from our Fleet and Asset leaders and operational general managers to our hands-on workshop teams in depots that keep our buses moving. Success will be measured by adoption, confidence, and practical use of the new asset management solution, Attune EAM and compliance with refreshed business processes, not by the quality of slide decks or adherence to a textbook change methodology.

You will work closely with frontline and support services leaders and team members and project teams to ensure the solution fits the way Kinetic actually runs day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the change approach for Attune EAM across workshops and depots, offices, states and countries
  • Spend time with key stakeholder groups and at workshops to understand real practices and the true impacts of the change
  • Translate system and process changes into plain English for all teams
  • Build strong, credible relationships with leaders and change agents
  • Support leaders to confidently lead change locally
  • Develop communication, training and support materials for impacted people
  • Focus on adoption, behaviour change and post-go-live stabilisation
  • Assist with coordination of key change activities such as UAT, training and hyper care.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience with Attune EAM (formerly HxGN EAM) or similar cloud-based asset management system (highly regarded but not mandatory)
  • Solid understanding asset management for mobile and fixed assets
  • Hands-on experience delivering change in geographically dispersed environments
  • Strong understanding of depot-based or shift-based workforces or ‘round the clock’ operations
  • Pragmatic approach to change that adapts to the business context
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and pivot quickly in response to business requirements
