  • Supporting Depot leaders to deliver local engagement initiatives with a strong frontline presence
  • Driving retention through stay conversations, feedback loops, and follow-up actions
  • Supporting engagement surveys and translating insights into meaningful actions
  • Helping embed organisational values into how work is done

People Support

  • Supporting basic employee relations matters
  • Managing transactional HR processes
  • Identifying trends and escalating risks appropriately

About You

  • A genuine interest in people experience and positioning our value-add to our communities
  • A commitment to customer service
  • Confident working with frontline leaders and employees
  • Organised, pragmatic, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities
  • Degree-qualified in HR, business, psychology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Application Requirement

As part of your application, please include a one-page pitch outlining:

How you have driven employee, customer, or stakeholder satisfaction through engagement or connection to community.

Your pitch could include:

  • A brief example of an initiative or approach you led or supported
  • How you created engagement or connection (with employees, customers, or the community)
  • What problem or opportunity you were responding to
  • The impact on satisfaction, connection, or experience
  • What you learned and how you would apply this in a People Support Specialist role

We’re looking for practical examples that show how engagement and connection lead to positive experiences.

Please keep your pitch to one page maximum.
