The opportunity:

As an Operations Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for providing essential administrative support to Greyhound Resources' division, with a strong focus on maintaining key stakeholder relationships and ensuring seamless coordination of customer scheduling requirements. This role will also involve actively contributing to engagement, compliance, reporting, and process initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, culture, and commercial performance within the organization.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of customer scheduling requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the Customer Service team, addressing inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in managing the Service Request inbox, ensuring timely responses and coordination with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prepare data for customer KPIs and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate the review, documentation, and communication of each service request with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain employee Work Diary records in compliance with NHVR standards and company protocols.
  • Report breaches to internal stakeholders promptly and conduct breach investigations as needed.

  • Organizational skills with the ability to balance long-term focus and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn company systems and processes.

Desirable Experience:

  • Knowledge of coach transport, logistics, or resources industries.
