The opportunity:

As an Estimator at Kinetic, you will play a crucial role in our operations, responsible for estimating repairs on damaged vehicles, preparing quotes and invoices for insurance companies, as well as ensuring quality control and vehicle handover.

Reporting directly to the Bodyshop Manager, you will be integral in maintaining our high standards of service and efficiency.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the estimation process for accident buses, as well as managing invoicing and record updates.
• Collaborating with insurance providers, vendors, and assessors to foster positive partnerships.
• Upholding exceptional customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Supporting the progression of vehicle repairs through the workflow process.

The boxes you'll tick: 

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an automotive estimator
• Trade qualification desired
• Prior experience using automotive quoting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results
• Passionate, reliable team player with great attention to detail
• Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn and grow
