  • Support Kinetic’s Employer of Choice and Talent Acquisition initiatives by designing a range of assets (such as social media promotions, bus wraps, and other employment-related creative).
  • Provide brand strategy and governance, including development of Kinetic’s Brand Toolkit and guidelines, and ensuring all creative materials align with this approach.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage timelines and delivery of creative materials.
  • Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.

The boxes you'll tick:

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, concepts, and techniques.
  • Experience creating graphics for a variety of uses

  • Experience in using tools such as Canva to empower stakeholders to manage asset variation within brand guidelines.
  • A creative flair, a passion for design, and a strong work ethic – you’re someone who’s eager to make your mark.
