In this newly created role, you will work to deliver a variety of key projects within our front-line business units. We are working on a number of technology uplifts and integrations, and are looking for someone with a background in application uplift/implementation to help elevate some of our customer-facing platforms.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the delivery of customer‑facing digital application uplifts, such as booking platforms, portals, and customer applications.
  • Manage application modernisation, consolidation, and integration initiatives with a focus on customer experience and platform reliability.
  • Own project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes across cross‑functional teams and vendors.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns to business and customer outcomes.
  • Drive senior stakeholder engagement across both technical and business leaders.
  • Conduct post‑implementation reviews to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering customer‑facing platforms or application uplifts.
  • Demonstrated success leading uplift or modernisation programs in complex environments.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to bring teams and stakeholders on the journey.
  • Experience working with multiple vendors and delivery partners.
  • Ability to shape decisions, improve processes, and drive meaningful change.
  • Adaptable, self‑motivated, and comfortable in fast‑moving environments.
  • Alignment with our values: Passion, Integrity, Respect, Authenticity, and Humility.
