Project Manager | Transport Technology
Initial 12 Month Fixed-Term contract - immediate start available
About the Role
Due to significant global growth, Kinetic are undertaking a large scale, multi stream program of work designed to transform our technology landscape, create simplified, consistent ways of working, and ensure our future growth plans are underpinned by seamless technology products and processes.
In this newly created role, you will work to delivery a variety of key projects within our front-line day-of-operations business. We are working on a number of technology uplifts and integrations, and are looking for someone with a background in technology implementation to help take our success to the next level
What You Will Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a variety of transport technology uplifts/integrations
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional global teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.
- Drive business engagement at a Senior/Executive level, across both technical and business units.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
What you will bring:
- Strong background as a Project Manager, ideally within the transport industry.
- Exposure to products such as Hastas, Coach Master, or similar will be highly advantageous.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills - you lead from the front and bring others on the journey with ease.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively engage and manage a variety of stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation
- Previous experience working in complex multi-vendor environments.
- Proven ability in improving processes and driving change - you understand how to help shape business decisions.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business and positive approach to an ever-changing work environment.
