Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Lead, coach, and develop a fun and friendly team across all departments.
• Drive revenue growth through effective Planning, Leading, Organising and Controlling the day-to-day business operations.
• Create a positive and engaging workplace culture focused on teamwork and service excellence.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community.
• Maintain compliance with all liquor, gaming, workplace health and safety, and regulatory requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar senior hotel leadership role.
• Strong financial management and business smarts.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on management style.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Current NT RSA and relevant Gaming Machine Manager licence (or the ability to obtain them).
