Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across the venue and all departments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies, creating unique events and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost controls are in place.
  • Assist in managing stock, scheduling, and staff performance while maintaining efficient operations and adhering to budget targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety requirements.
  • Foster relationships with the local community and enhance the hotel's reputation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ambitious, self-driven Duty, Assistant or Venue Managers ready to take the next step in their career.
  • Individuals with a strong passion for hospitality and delivering great experiences.
  • Motivated team members eager to learn the QLD pub scene across F&B, gaming, retail, entertainment and more.
  • Ability to manage conflict and remain calm under pressure.
  • Current (or willing to obtain) qualifications: Approved Manager License, RMLV, RSA, RSG, CLO, Gaming Nominee
