- Permanent position from $110k + Super + Allowances + Benefits + Work Vehicle
- 1 week in 3 standby roster when applicable (Availability is compensated for even with no Callouts!)
We have an opportunity based in Merredin for an experienced Electrical Dual Tradesperson for a permanent position.
We will also consider Mukinbudin, Southern Cross and surrounds for the right candidate.
(A work vehicle is provided to to travel for business purposes).
The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of electrical and instrumentation services including installation, testing, maintenance, fault finding, repair and commissioning of all Water Corporation’s assets throughout the Region.

What the role will involve:
• Performs scheduled and unscheduled (breakdown) maintenance in water/wastewater systems and installs electrical and instrumentation components
• Performs complex isolation and shutdowns
• Complex problem solving of water systems, wastewater systems and chemical dosing systems
Key skills and experience:
• Electrical Trade Certificate
• Instrumentation Certificate
• Relevant High Risk Licences
• Current Drivers Licence
• Demonstrated experience in PLC, SCADA and telemetry systems.
• Considerable trade experience in water supply and wastewater services.
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health requirements including hazard identification
