- Salary: $83,938 (pro rata) plus 12% Super & Benefits
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Support Officer to join our Credit Operations team. This role plays an integral part in managing the returned account process as well as providing administration and business support services.

What you can expect with this role
- Investigating returned accounts and engaging with our customers to ensure we can get their bill to the right place, on time.
- Supporting our customers through the effective negotiation of payment arrangements
- Sending important communications through the Equifax platform to alert customers to overdue bills
- Initiating and managing restriction actions and creating work orders
- Collecting information and maintaining accurate documentation and records, ensuring every contact is captured
- Preparing correspondence to support a variety of recovery actions across the Credit Operations team
