About the role
We are excited to offer a permanent opportunity for a Business Management & Performance Advisor to join our Business Management & Performance team within the Development Services Business Unit. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of finance functions, delivering high-quality financial, administrative, and business services. We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills and a passion for contributing to a constructive, high-performance culture. This position is based at our Leederville office and reports to the Team Lead – Business Management & Performance.
What the role will involve
- Manage the collection and allocation of money from developers in line with established financial practices
- Process payments to developers and suppliers in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
- Reconcile financial transactions, implement controls, conduct analysis and provide timely reporting to management
- Prepare and deliver monthly variance reports and related management reporting within deadlines
- Support the development of revenue and expenditure forecasts and budgets using financial models
- Assist with the annual review and update of miscellaneous fees and charges

About you
- Experience in financial and business management support, ideally gained in a similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial tools and systems, such as SAP, Grange, Excel, and Power BI
- Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, show initiative, and work independently
- Knowledge of the land development industry is highly desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
