About the role
This acting opportunity based at Beenyup AWRP shall support Operations in coordinating compliance with regulatory requirements for Ground Water Replenishment. The role shall undertake routine compliance reporting and provide specialist operational support to ensure regulatory requirements are maintained.

What you can expect with this role
- Undertake weekly Critical Control Point (CCP) Compliance Reporting and represent Beenyup AWRP at the Monthly Governance Meeting through providing a regulatory compliance summary.
- Support regulatory reporting process (DoH Governance), undertake routine Environmental Reporting (Monthly Audit Compliance Reporting) and support the annual environmental reporting process (AWR/AACR);
- Prepare and manage the sampling programs for the AWRP and implement and facilitate relevant sampling and monitoring programs;
- Investigating regulatory non-compliances and support Operations in coordinating remedial actions and undertake ongoing review of variances and trends from operational and regulatory sampling results;
- Provide technical advice to Service Delivery on Groundwater Replenishment compliance and support the incident management process in responding to recycled water quality incidents;
- Coordinate AWRP Laboratory requirements and provide technical support on verification sampling and Quality Assurance Program (QAP);
- Lead improvement initiatives.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree qualification in a relevant disciplines such as, science, engineering or environmental engineering.
- Substantial experience in recycled water quality management, particularly regulatory requirement and reporting associated with recycling water.
- Considerable experience in laboratory operations.
- Considerable experience in analytical instrumentation.
