About the role:
Customer Billing Operations manages our billing and revenue collection services that enable us to deliver sustainable water services to the people of WA. We provide a safe place for our people, positive culture and have a strong commitment to developing and empowering our people to deliver our best performance.
We currently have a vacancy within our Payments and Sundry team which is based in our Balcatta office. Our team is responsible for the collection of over $5M (10M) in revenue daily and covers a variety of functions such as reconciliation, refund requests, payment investigations and sundry billing activities.

Key skills and experience:
- A high-level attention to detail, accuracy and skill in data entry
- Verifying payment transactions, following up on anomalies, and communicating with relevant departments to address any concerns.
- Resolve issues and ensure that all payments are processed accurately and to strict time constraints.
- Investigations into customer payments through review and analysis of transactions and data to identify discrepancies.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- A proactive problem solver who consistently takes full ownership of tasks.
- You use your initiative to seek a win-win outcome for our customers and our business.
- Experience working in office/admin environment.
