About the role
We’re looking for motivated and detail-oriented Officers – Projects to join our Governance ITS business unit under our Information & Technology Group. These permanent, and part-time roles provides proactive business, financial, procurement, and administrative support to the ITS Support Services, helping ensure smooth delivery of portfolio and project outcomes.

What the role will involve
In this role, you will:
- Provide business support across human resources, financial, procurement, and administrative functions.
- Assist delivery leaders and project teams with reporting, coordination, and day-to-day administrative support.
- Prepare reports, statistics, presentations, and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Maintain business performance reports and ensure compliance with corporate processes and policies.
- Arrange meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring effective team coordination.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with managers, P&C, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders.
Key skills and experience
To be successful, you will bring:
- Considerable experience in business services, administration, or support within a commercial or complex organisation.
- Strong IT and word processing skills, with experience using reporting and management systems.
- Knowledge of human resources lifecycle processes and procurement/invoice procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, time management, and analytical skills, with a high attention to detail.
