2753 Strategic Procurement - Support Officer

  • Salary: $83,938 plus Super & Benefits.


About the role

Undertake activities to support business and administrative functions across the Strategic Procurement Team, including tasks to support the delivery of procurement strategies, contract management and supplier engagement.

What you can expect with this role

  • Prepare, format and update of procurement documentation including RFQ's, price reviews, User Guides and contract management reviews.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including end users, goods requestors and technical advisors, to support procurement co-ordination and documentation needs.
  • Assist the business with using the correct contract User Guides and processes.

 

Your skills and experience

For this role, we are looking for great talent with:

  • Relevant experience in an administrative support role in a multi-disciplinary organisation.
  • Good understanding of purchasing goods and materials.
  • Well-developed computing skills and knowledge of document control and Microsoft suite of systems.
  • Considerable interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
