About the role

We are seeking two Operational Technology (OT) Engineers for fixed‑term 18‑month contracts to deliver specialist alarm management improvements across our operational assets.

Our Integrated Operations team is currently operating under high alarm loads, and these roles are central to reducing alarm volume, improving alarm quality, and supporting safer and more effective plant operation.

You will work hands‑on within SCADA and PLC systems, implementing sustainable improvements to poorly performing alarms. Your work will deliver immediate, measurable reductions in alarm loads, while also embedding long‑term alarm management improvements.

The positions are based in the Perth metropolitan area, with regular travel to regional Western Australia to support on‑site diagnostics, upgrades, and commissioning.

  • An additional 2 well-being days each year
  • Access to long service leave pro rata after 3 years of service
  • Generous co-contribution superannuation scheme, which offers up to 16%. This includes an 12% standard employer contribution, plus an additional 2% employer co-contribution that matches your own 2% contribution
  • Purchase additional leave of up to 12 weeks or work 4 years at a reduced salary and take the fifth year off as paid leave
