About the role

The Concessions team facilitate the entire back end of the Concessions process and act as the administrative authority for the state of Western Australia, working with both customers and external stakeholders to ensure customers concession rebates are reviewed and processed correctly.

Our Conveyancing team transfers ownership of properties at the point of sale, ensures settlement agents are provided at the point of sale, ensures settlement agents are provided with up-to-date billing and customer information and organises meter readings for change of tenancy and ownership. We engage with our customers to explain settlement accounts and are responsible for the accurate maintenance of customer records. 

The successful candidate will be working within the Concessions workstream. Due to the training involved in the work stream, you will be required to be primarily office based, to gain competency.

Your skills and experience

For this role, we are looking for great talent with: 

  • Great attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and skilled in data entry.
  • Knowledge of property settlement and conveyancing requirements
  • Knowledge of government concession cards and rebates
  • Skilled in delivery of billing practices, management and maintenance of customer records and the application of financial adjustments.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills across a range of mediums
  • Ability to easily work across multiple applications and screens to complete tasks
  • Well-developed organisational and planning skills to achieve work targets
