About the role
We are seeking a Senior Planner – OT Planning to lead the strategic planning, scheduling, and coordination of complex Operational Technology (OT) projects and programs. This role play a critical part in aligning OT initiatives with enterprise priorities, ensuring resource optimisation, risk management, and successful delivery of critical technology outcomes.

As Senior Planner – OT Planning, you will:
- Develop and manage integrated schedules for OT initiatives, ensuring alignment with IT and operational strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate interdependencies and critical milestones.
- Lead the assessment of OT performance and risk against planning priorities to develop optimal investment timing.
- Lead planning workshops, milestone reviews, and forecasting sessions to support informed decision-making.
- Analyse schedules to identify risks, critical paths, and resource constraints, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Integrate vendor and contractor schedules into master plans and provide high-quality reporting and dashboards.
- Support resource and capacity management to ensure alignment with project demands and delivery timelines.
- Champion continuous improvement in planning methodologies, tools, and reporting.
- Mentor team members and contribute to building planning maturity across the Information and Technology Group.
To be successful, you will bring:
- A degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Substantial experience in planning and coordinating OT projects or programs across multi-site operations.
- Strong skills in scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and planning methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Considerable knowledge of OT system security requirements and experience with CMMS platforms and asset data tools.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into structured, practical planning outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Desirable qualifications include:
- Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST) and experience working across multiple concurrent projects in large, complex environments
