Are you ready to make an impact? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic professional to partner with our Senior Leadership Team and keep our Customer Service Business Unit running at its best. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping success and driving excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to person for all things admin – from coordinating correspondence and ministerial activities to managing diaries and team schedules.
- Lead and elevate the administration function across the Business Unit.
- Support the leadership team with communications, presentations, and strategic initiatives.
- Build strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.
- Take charge of planning and delivering standout events – including our annual Show Biz celebration!
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in high-level administration within a large, complex organisation.
- A natural people person with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, proactive, and ready to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- Advanced MS Office skills and a solid understanding of governance processes.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
