About the Role

We are looking for a Coordinator – Business Operations Delivery to join our Customer Billing Operations team. In this dynamic role, you’ll help lead business improvement initiatives that enhance billing processes and boost revenue outcomes.

As a key member of the Business Operations Delivery (BOD) team, you’ll provide project coordination and support to ensure the successful execution of initiatives. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Customer and Community Group teams to deliver well-planned, effective, and sustainable improvements.

What you can expect with this role

  • Lead and coordinate business unit-level initiatives focused on billing and revenue collection.
  • Manage the administration and delivery of high-impact initiatives within the CBO program of work.
  • Support project planning by defining requirements, setting milestones, and engaging stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and report outcomes to the Manager – BOD.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure improvements are sustained.
  • Perform detailed data analysis to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Apply business analysis and process improvement methodologies to solve challenges and drive change.

Your skills and experience

For this role, we are looking for great talent with:

  • A diploma or certificate in Business or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination or business support, ideally within billing or operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively.
  • Familiarity with process improvement tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
