Take charge of operational and capital projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering assets that align with stakeholder objectives. What you can expect with this role
- Oversee the successful delivery of operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with established project management protocols.
- Define project scope, business impact, and desired outcomes to establish clear direction and objectives from the outset.
- Leverage deep knowledge of customer service, asset management, asset operations, and information systems to enhance project execution and leadership.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, maintaining a balanced perspective that considers both corporate needs and external customer viewpoints.
- Facilitate the seamless transition of project outcomes, ensuring a thorough handover process that meets client expectations and satisfaction.
- Lead, support, and mentor team members, fostering a high-performing environment to drive the successful implementation of operational programs and projects within the branch.
Your skills and experience
- A tertiary qualification in engineering, a technical discipline, or project management.
- Extensive experience applying project management principles to drive business improvements and change initiatives.
- Proven track record in delivering impactful corporate business transformation projects within a large organisation.
- Strong leadership abilities, with expertise in project and team management.
- Demonstrated capability in enhancing business efficiency and effectiveness through strategic process improvements.
