About the role

In this permanent role based in Balcatta, you will play a key part in the delivery of Metro Meter Reading activities. You’ll be the first point of contact for Meter Readers, providing essential administrative support, scheduling work as well as monitoring and management of workflow.

What the role will involve

  • Dispatch scheduled work to meter readers for reactive and planned tasks.
  • Monitor and adapt resource changes for meter readers when operational requirements change.
  • Manage the group inbox.
  • Provide general administrative support as required, including running reports daily.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy, customer-focused environment. You’ll have experience with scheduling and coordinating tasks, and the ability to adjust plans when things change. Awareness of meter reading processes and workplace safety is desired, along with strong time management and communication skills. You should be confident using Microsoft Office, and able to learn new systems quickly. Experience with Temetra and Grange is a plus.

As there may be a requirement for occasional field visits, a drivers licence is required for this role.
