About the role
This is a 6 month fixed term opportunity to join our Fleet Services team in Leederville.

What the role will involve:
- Plan, coordinate and action procurement sourcing requirements and process sourcing requisitions/shopping carts as per procurement and financial policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Manage Purchase Orders, coordinate/submit/action supplier claims and confirmations for on time settlement supplier claims.
- Review and process PO/Invoice variations including justification and approval notes.
- Monitor, investigate and analyse claim exceptions and disputes, collaborate with suppliers and goods/service recipient to ensure timely and effective resolution in alignment with agreed Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
- Respond to routine procurement, payment, financial queries and escalate where required.
- Update/maintain accurate corporate system records and Capital Project/Program spreadsheets for all fleet acquisitions, terminations, disposals, and settlement.
- Initiate Purchase Order lead time exception reports to enable review of late deliveries and capital project cash flows.
- Coordinate and process FMO, Corporate Fuel and Carbon Offset invoice/payment approvals and bulk journal payment management.
- Facilitate/reconcile/finalise all end of month financial transactions for monthly KPI reporting.
Key skills and experience:
- SAP, Cascade and Excel experience
- Demonstrates highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication and time management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer/reporting skills.
- Time management and multi-tasking.
